All appointments require a deposit of £30 to secure the booking (redeemable against your treatment) For doctor appointments a deposit of £50 is required upon booking.
(Deposits can be paid via card machine in clinic, cash, or payment link sent to your email, please ensure we have your correct email address on file)
Without a deposit we will not be able to confirm your appointment.
We respectfully request that clients who wish to cancel/reschedule appointments inform the clinic by telephone/email at least 48 hours before your treatment. Failure to attend and inform will result in loss of deposits.
Consultations & Patch Tests
All new clients are required to book a Patch Test 24-48 hours before their laser hair removal treatment. Failure to attend/cancel the patch test will result in you being refused treatment.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have symptoms associated with COVID please DO NOT attend the clinic and contact us directly via 07999555980.
Please allow enough time before your treatment to complete a clinic Consultation Form. We recommend you arrive before your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy your treatment at the clinic. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to change or cancel, please let us know atleast 48 hours in advance, This allows us enough time to offer your booking slot to another client.
Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged within at least the 48 hours notice.
Late arrivals will reduce your treatment time.
If you fail to attend/cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited. If you have a pre-paid package, your treatment as part of that package will be forfeited, and non refundable.
