Deposits & Bookings
All appointments require a £30 deposit to secure your booking (redeemable against your treatment).
Doctor appointments require a £50 deposit upon booking.
Deposits can be paid via card, cash, or payment link. Please ensure we have your correct email address/Mobile number on file, as payment links are sent electronically.
Without a deposit, appointments cannot be confirmed.
Consultations & Patch Tests
All new clients undergoing laser hair removal must book a patch test 24–48 hours prior to treatment.
Failure to attend or cancel your patch test will result in loss of deposit and refusal of treatment.
Skin consultations require a £20 deposit, redeemable against treatments or skincare purchases.
Arrival to Appointments
Please arrive in good time for your appointment to complete a consultation form and prepare for your treatment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer your booking slot to another client.
If notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you hold a prepaid package, a missed appointment without sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of one session.
We understand that emergencies can occur — please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in rescheduling your booking.

Refunds and Package Validity
All payments made towards treatments are non-refundable.
All packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Each treatment or package remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated (for example, limited-time offers or promotions).
We encourage clients to schedule appointments within this time frame to enjoy the full benefits of their treatments.
